Technology has evolved at a faster pace in the last 2 decades than ever before in human history. It is predicted that the global digital revolution will have a significant influence over the next 25 years. Due to the advent of Web 3.0 and Industry 4.0 Combined with the global pandemic, we are already seeing massive changes in the way we work across the globe. Due to technological advancements, changing consumer preferences, convergence of internet and social collaborations, the next 25 years will drive us to optimise the opportunities and maximize ease of living.
In this changing world of collectively responsible conversions, gearing up for the future shall be the key. BY 2047, India is predicted to be home to 20% of the global workforce, according to the global consulting giant McKinsey. Manufacturing is seeing a spurt with Make in India and other government initiatives gaining traction along with global geopolitical climates changing winds in India’s favour. Experiments like GIFT city in Gujarat and Make in Odisha Conclave in Odisha have changed the game for global as well as local businesses to set up shop and conduct business in India. India also has one of the largest consumer markets in the world. With GDP growth, this consumption is only set to increase further. In this context, the conclave participants and audience will deliberate on the futuristic trends for the next 25 years across various business, industry and technology verticals.

Conclave Structure

Futuristic Trends in the next 25 years

  • The Conclaves will have the following major components

    Keynote Sessions – This shall be delivered by C-Suit level industry leaders on the Conclave central theme. The audience will comprise of students, professionals, and academics. The whole university will participate in this event and draw inspiration and wisdom from invited speakers where each panel discussion will be proceeded by a keynote session.

Panel Discussions – The senior industry thought leaders in a group of 5-6 nos shall be on the panel and discuss the burning issues of industry on the respective sub-themes. It will draw audience from respective schools.
2 Panels each for School of Management; School of Electronics; School of Law; School of Biotechnology and School of Computer Engg
1 panel each for School of Civil Engg; School of Mechanical Engg; School of Electrical Engg; School of Rural Management & Agri-Business; School of Chemical Technology; School of Social, Financial & Human Science; School of Computer Application; School of Architecture & Planning and School of Applied Sciences

E-Summit Workshops – The successful Start-Up Heads shall be interacting with budding entrepreneurs and narrate their success stories.
